The process · Level 3.5

The discovery, then two sessions & agents built

Two and a half hours of training across two to three weeks, aimed squarely at what the questionnaire and the alignment call turn up.

The audit, then four sessions & agents built

Nine hours of training across three to five weeks. Your team runs the AI setup built for them, also learns how to build more agents on their own.

Seven steps, one to two months.

Thirteen hours of training. Steps 4 and 5 run twice on purpose — the gap is where the real problems come back.

Between the sessions

A short questionnaire after every step sets the agenda for the next.

Included with every level

The AI Brain & Agents Build Kit, for everyone on the team. Nine chapters, 22 ready-made skills, 11 agents and the model cheat sheet — the same kit that comes with a workshop seat. Access opens the day we start.

Before you ask.

Which level should we take?+
Level 3.5, in most cases — it's the full build. Level 3 is the short version: a discovery questionnaire, an alignment call, and a first pass across the team. Level 4.5 installs on four machines and usually needs your IT team's support.
What's actually custom about it?+
All of it. The audit decides what gets built and what gets taught.
What's a skill? What's an agent?+
A skill is a job written down once so anyone can run it the same way — a proposal, a weekly report, an invoice check. An agent is a skill that runs on its own, on a schedule, without someone pressing go.
Do you need access to our devices?+
Not for Level 3 or 3.5. Level 4.5 installs on up to four machines over a remote session.
What do we need before we start?+
Levels 3 and 3.5: a Claude Team plan and the Claude desktop app. Level 4.5 also needs Obsidian and GitHub.
We're five people. Does this still fit?+
Yes — that size usually starts at Level 3. We run it for however many of you there are, but the price has a floor: five people at Level 3, ten at Level 3.5. So a team of five pays for five at Level 3, and a team of six would pay for ten at Level 3.5. Over 30 is scoped separately.
Can you run it for one department?+
Yes, up to 30 people, delivered to that department.
Who gets trained?+
Everyone in the group. The audit decides which sessions are whole-team and which are a smaller group. At Level 4.5 the four selected people get extra sessions.
What happens if someone leaves?+
The recordings, projects, skills and agents stay with the company. Your next hire is trained on the recordings.
How is this different from the webinar and the Kit?+
Those are self-serve. This is designed for your company, with the skills and agents set up for your team and your team trained on them.

Stop prompting. Start operating.

We audit the work, build the skills and agents for it, and train your team to run them and make the next ones.
