The 25-Day AI Build
7 live workshops over 25 days. You build an AI Brain, AI employees, creatives that match your brand, a website from scratch, videos edited like a pro, and internal tools you vibe-code yourself. On Claude or ChatGPT.
For yourselfYou use Claude or ChatGPT every day. You want the version of it that remembers you and does the work.
For your jobNobody at work has set this up. In 25 days you are the person who has.
To buildWebsites, tools, video, AI employees. You want to make things with AI, not just ask it things.
To sell itYou want to offer this to clients. First you need to be able to build it. That is what the 25 days are.
Yours the moment you pay.
01The beginner's guide to Claude or ChatGPT. One video. The basics done properly, so you arrive at Day 1 already at Level 3 and the first workshop lands.
0222 ready-made skills. Report-from-Data, Competitor Audit, Graph Prompting, the Librarian, and 18 more. Drop them in and they work from day one.
03The Agent Builder Kit. The files your AI agents and employees run on. You use them in the second and the last workshop.
Seven workshops. Seven builds.
Live, on Claude and ChatGPT at the same time. Every workshop ends with something that exists, and with a live Q&A where you can ask about anything, not just that day's build.
Day 1Thu 1 Oct · 90 minBuild an AI Brain, the shoebox way. You bring a shoebox of files, anything about you and your work. Claude or ChatGPT turns it into a folder it reads before every job, linked, and it never forgets between chats. Built live from empty.
Day 6Tue 6 Oct · 60 minAI agents on Grok Bot, plus your own executive assistant. Each agent gets its own computer and signs into your tools. You set up an EA for your inbox and calendar, and an agent for a job you do every week. They run while you sleep.
Day 9Fri 9 Oct · 60 minDesign creatives to your brand's standard. Ads, banners and designs that match your brand and your quality, and beat the AI slop everyone else is posting. A system you can hand to anyone with Claude or ChatGPT and get the same result back.
Day 13Tue 13 Oct · 60 minBuild a website from scratch and put it live. Blank page to deployed site: the pages, the copy, the design. Then the SEO and the GEO, so people find it and AI search does too.
Day 16Fri 16 Oct · 60 minAdvanced video editing. Claude or ChatGPT cutting your footage from a script: cuts, zooms and captions, then animated overlays and sound design. The whole edit, not just the trim.
Day 20Tue 20 Oct · 90 minVibe-code your own tools. A quote builder, an onboarding link, a survey. Whatever you need that no app does, built, running and shared by the end of the session.
Day 23Fri 23 Oct · 60 minAI employees for the complex work. Employees on Claude or ChatGPT that pick up a job, use your brain and your tools, and hand back finished work. The last build runs on everything before it.
After each workshop there is a build to do before the next one. Bring questions about any of the builds to any session's Q&A.

I built TerriTool (SaaS) and PICWA (service B2B) past seven figures each — $18M across five years. Two AI patents.
"AI went viral in 2023. I've been building patented AI solutions since 2019."
Arwin's sales career is the ladder this session teaches: CSVs, then CRMs, then AI-built systems of his own. 12 years of B2B across the US, Australia and NZ. On the day he runs your questions — and tells the story of the CRM he built with AI.
Can't make one live? Every workshop is recorded, and your questions are welcome in any session.
Before you ask.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. Every build is done by typing to Claude or ChatGPT in plain language. The vibe-coding workshop is the only one that produces code, and you never write it yourself.
Claude or ChatGPT?+
Either. Two instructors run every step on both. Follow the screen for the tool you already have.
What accounts do I need, and what do they cost?+
One paid plan, on one tool. Pick Claude or ChatGPT, you don't need both. To do the whole 25 days comfortably, get Claude Max or ChatGPT Pro, both from US$100 a month. Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus at US$20 will carry you through most of it, since some builds run on Sonnet, but the bigger builds will hit its limits. For the AI agents workshop you also need Grok Bot, cheapest through Cursor Pro at US$20 a month. It works in every country.
How much time does it take?+
Seven live workshops, about nine hours in total over 25 days, plus a build after each one. Most people spend an hour or two on each build.
What if I miss a workshop?+
Every workshop is recorded and in your account the same day. Watch it, do the build, and bring what you would have asked to the next workshop's Q&A. Every workshop has one, and any question about any build is welcome.
How does the refund work?+
Do all seven builds. If they don't work, your money back. Attend all seven workshops, live or by replay, and post every build. If by Day 25 they are not working for you, email us once Day 25 has ended and we refund you in full. Full conditions in the Terms.
What timezone is it in?+
12:30pm New Zealand time, which is the evening before in the US and Canada and mid-morning in Australia. Every date shows in your timezone on this page and in your calendar invite.
Walk in prompting. Walk out operating.
Twenty-five days. Seven things built. Cohort 2 starts 1 October.

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 21 January 2026
Operator: Sahni.ai (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), New Zealand. Contact: support@sahni.ai
These terms cover sahni.ai and everything we sell or give away through it: AI consulting and setup services, live webinars and education products, and digital guides (including skills, prompts, and templates). By using our website, booking our services, registering for a webinar, or downloading or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or our services.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. The version live at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
1. What we offer
We provide three things, and slightly different rules apply to each:
Consulting & setup services — done-for-you and done-with-you AI system builds, installs, training, and advisory work for businesses ("Consulting Services").
Webinars & education — paid and free live online workshops, courses, recordings, and related materials ("Education Products").
Digital guides — downloadable guides, prompts, skills, templates, and similar digital files, whether free or paid ("Guides").
We may add, change, pause, or retire any offering at any time. A Guide that is free today may become paid later; if you got it while it was free, you keep your copy, but future versions or updates may be paid.
2. Consulting & setup services
Engagement. Each consulting engagement is defined by the proposal, quote, or written scope we agree with you (email counts). That scope sits on top of these terms. If the scope and these terms conflict, the scope wins for that engagement.
Payment. Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the scope. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days and work may pause if payment is overdue. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Your side of it. Consulting work depends on you: access to the accounts and tools we're setting up, timely responses, and a decision-maker available. Delays caused on your side may push timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
Third-party accounts and tools. Our systems are built on third-party tools — AI assistants (such as Claude), automation platforms, and the apps we connect for you. Those tools belong to their own companies, run under their own terms, and their subscription costs are yours unless the scope says otherwise. We are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, feature removals, or account decisions. If a third-party tool changes in a way that breaks something we built, we can quote for the fix, but it isn't covered by the original engagement unless the scope says so.
What you own. You own the configurations, files, and content we build specifically for you under a paid engagement, once paid for in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, and know-how, and we're free to reuse them for other clients. Nothing we build for one client includes another client's confidential information.
Confidentiality. We keep your business information confidential and expect the same for our methods and pricing shared privately with you. We may describe the results of our work together in marketing (e.g. "we built X for a Y business") without naming you unless you approve.
3. Webinars & education products
Registration. Your place is confirmed when payment is received (or, for free events, when you register) and we've emailed confirmation. Prices are shown on the registration page along with what's included.
Access. One registration is for one person. Your joining link, the session recording, and any materials are for you alone — don't share, resell, or publish them.
Rescheduling. We may reschedule a session if we need to (technical issues, illness, and so on). If we reschedule, your registration carries to the new date. If we cancel an event entirely and can't offer a suitable replacement date, we'll refund you in full — that's the only situation where a webinar payment is refunded (see Section 6).
Recordings. Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your questions or comments may appear in the recording provided to other attendees. Cameras and names of attendees are not published in our marketing without permission.
4. Digital guides
Delivery. Guides are delivered digitally — by download link or email — immediately or shortly after purchase. It's your responsibility to give us a working email address.
Licence. Your purchase (or free download) gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for yourself and inside your own business. You may adapt the prompts, skills, and templates for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share the files or download links, bundle them into your own products, or pass them off as your own work — whether the Guide was paid or free.
Updates. We may update Guides over time. Updates to paid Guides may be included or sold separately — the product page will say which. We don't guarantee any Guide will be updated or supported indefinitely.
Free guides. Free Guides are provided as-is, with no support obligation. The same licence restrictions apply to free Guides as paid ones.
5. AI outputs and no professional advice
This section matters more for us than most businesses, so read it.
Our services, education, and Guides teach you to use AI tools and give you systems, prompts, and skills that produce AI-generated output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI system produces before you rely on it or publish it — especially anything involving money, health, legal obligations, or other people's data.
Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Our content is educational and operational. Get advice from a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
No guarantee of results. We show you real systems and how we use them, but we don't promise any particular financial result, follower count, time saving, or business outcome. Results depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside anyone's control.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant page and, where applicable, are inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout.
Refunds — digital products and webinars: all sales are final. Guides are delivered instantly and can't be returned, and a webinar seat is reserved for you the moment you book. So we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on Guides or Education Products once purchased, except:
If we cancel a paid live event entirely and can't offer you a suitable replacement date, we refund you in full.
If a Guide is materially not as described on its product page, email us within 7 days and we'll put it right or refund it.
Please check the product or registration page carefully before buying — it sets out exactly what's included. You're welcome to email us questions before purchasing.
Refunds — consulting. Consulting refunds and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement's scope. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded, including, where it applies, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where you acquire our services for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of that Act.
Chargebacks. If you believe something's wrong, contact us first — we'll sort genuine problems quickly. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, while continuing to use the product, may result in your access being revoked and future purchases declined.
7. Intellectual property
All content on sahni.ai and in our services — text, video, graphics, code, prompts, skills, frameworks, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. Buying a product or service grants you the licence described in these terms; it doesn't transfer ownership. Don't reproduce, scrape, or create derivative products from our content without written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use our website, services, or materials to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spam, misrepresent AI output as professionally verified advice, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours. We may refuse or terminate service to anyone abusing these terms, with no refund where the abuse is deliberate (e.g. sharing paid files publicly).
9. Liability
Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or AI model providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. General
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with any agreed consulting scope and the product page for what you bought, are the whole agreement between us for that purchase. Sahni.ai — New Zealand. Sahni.ai is operated by picwa limited.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of your agreement with us.
