We audit the business, build your AI Brain on your machine and back it up to the cloud, shape five skills around the work your team actually does, and hand you a scheduled AI agent that runs on its own. You're using it inside two weeks.
You finish at Level 4.5 of 6 — a real AI Brain your team shares, five skills running on it, and one agent working to a schedule. That's a Brain Owner with the first foot into Operator, and it is deliberately where this stops.
Levels 5 and 6 — most of the work moving without you, agents checking each other — are built on top of this foundation, not instead of it. Nobody skips the floor. Kit access is included so you can keep climbing yourself, and we can build the next layer with you later if you want it.
The Foundation
What's included.
One fixed scope, one fixed price — the foundation layer, in full. Most of it is in your hands inside the first two weeks.
01High-level business audit. A questionnaire first, then we go through the business together and pick the work AI should carry.
02AI Brain setup — local and cloud. Installed on your machine, then connected to Git: a backup, and the way your team shares the same brain.
035 skills adjusted to your team's work. Built around the jobs your team repeats — and the relevant MCPs disclosed so you know exactly what's connected.
041 scheduled AI agent. Set up on your local environment and running to a schedule, not waiting on a prompt.
05Access to the Kit. So you keep building new agents and skills after we're done — kit.sahni.ai.
The process
Installed in two weeks.
Four calls in total — but the system is built, installed and yours to use after the second one. Everything happens live with you; nothing is handed over as a document to work out later.
Week 1High-level audit. A questionnaire goes out before we meet, then a call to go through the business and agree what gets built.30-minute call
Week 2Install day. We install the brain live with you and deliver the five skills. You start using it the same day.60-minute call
LiveEverything below happens while you're already using it — refinement, not waiting.
Week 3Progress & refinements. After a week of real use. Your AI agent is delivered, and the brain is connected to Git so it's backed up in the cloud and shareable with the team.40-minute call
Week 5Progress & refinements. After two to three weeks of use — tuning what you're leaning on, fixing what you're not.30-minute call
Between the calls
Email support for 30 days from install day in week 2. You're not left alone with it between sessions — questions get answered while you're actually using the thing.

— Team from Sahni.ai
Before you ask.
Does this make my business run itself?+
Not on its own. This is the foundation: Level 4.5 of 6 — the brain, the skills and one scheduled agent. A business where most of the work moves without you is Level 5 and 6, and that gets built on top of this.
How soon can we actually use it?+
Week 2. The brain and the five skills go in on install day and you start working with them straight away. The week 3 and week 5 calls are refinements on a system you're already running — plus your scheduled agent, which lands in week 3.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. The install happens live with you on the call — you watch it go in and you learn the moving parts as we go. Afterwards it's a folder of plain files, not a platform you have to administer.
Where does the AI Brain actually live?+
On your computer, first. In week 3 we connect it to Git, which gives you a cloud backup and lets your team pull the same brain instead of everyone keeping their own version.
What counts as a "skill"?+
A job your team repeats — a proposal, a report, an audit, a weekly summary — written down so AI runs it the same way every time. You get five, shaped around your work, plus the relevant MCPs disclosed so you know what's connected to what.
What happens after week 5?+
You own everything that was installed. Email support runs for 30 days from install day in week 2, and your Kit access continues, so the next agents and skills are yours to add.
How is this different from the webinar and the Kit?+
The Kit is how you build it yourself. The Foundation is the same system built for you — audited, installed in two weeks, then tuned through week 5 — and Kit access is included so you can keep going once it's in.
What if it doesn't work?+
Full refund if you don't have a working AI system after week 5.
Stop prompting. Start operating.
Two weeks from now the brain is installed and the skills are running. By week 3 an agent is doing work on a schedule.
Included with your install — the same kit, yours to keep. It's how you keep adding agents and skills after the five weeks are done. Here's what's inside.
Your business, drawn live
Every note in your Brain, mapped. The things everything else depends on pull to the centre — your key customers, your pricing rules, your biggest jobs.

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 21 January 2026
Operator: Sahni.ai (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), New Zealand. Contact: support@sahni.ai
These terms cover sahni.ai and everything we sell or give away through it: AI consulting and setup services, live webinars and education products, and digital guides (including skills, prompts, and templates). By using our website, booking our services, registering for a webinar, or downloading or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or our services.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. The version live at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
1. What we offer
We provide three things, and slightly different rules apply to each:
Consulting & setup services — done-for-you and done-with-you AI system builds, installs, training, and advisory work for businesses ("Consulting Services").
Webinars & education — paid and free live online workshops, courses, recordings, and related materials ("Education Products").
Digital guides — downloadable guides, prompts, skills, templates, and similar digital files, whether free or paid ("Guides").
We may add, change, pause, or retire any offering at any time. A Guide that is free today may become paid later; if you got it while it was free, you keep your copy, but future versions or updates may be paid.
2. Consulting & setup services
Engagement. Each consulting engagement is defined by the proposal, quote, or written scope we agree with you (email counts). That scope sits on top of these terms. If the scope and these terms conflict, the scope wins for that engagement.
Payment. Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the scope. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days and work may pause if payment is overdue. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Your side of it. Consulting work depends on you: access to the accounts and tools we're setting up, timely responses, and a decision-maker available. Delays caused on your side may push timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
Third-party accounts and tools. Our systems are built on third-party tools — AI assistants (such as Claude), automation platforms, and the apps we connect for you. Those tools belong to their own companies, run under their own terms, and their subscription costs are yours unless the scope says otherwise. We are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, feature removals, or account decisions. If a third-party tool changes in a way that breaks something we built, we can quote for the fix, but it isn't covered by the original engagement unless the scope says so.
What you own. You own the configurations, files, and content we build specifically for you under a paid engagement, once paid for in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, and know-how, and we're free to reuse them for other clients. Nothing we build for one client includes another client's confidential information.
Confidentiality. We keep your business information confidential and expect the same for our methods and pricing shared privately with you. We may describe the results of our work together in marketing (e.g. "we built X for a Y business") without naming you unless you approve.
3. Webinars & education products
Registration. Your place is confirmed when payment is received (or, for free events, when you register) and we've emailed confirmation. Prices are shown on the registration page along with what's included.
Access. One registration is for one person. Your joining link, the session recording, and any materials are for you alone — don't share, resell, or publish them.
Rescheduling. We may reschedule a session if we need to (technical issues, illness, and so on). If we reschedule, your registration carries to the new date. If we cancel an event entirely and can't offer a suitable replacement date, we'll refund you in full — that's the only situation where a webinar payment is refunded (see Section 6).
Recordings. Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your questions or comments may appear in the recording provided to other attendees. Cameras and names of attendees are not published in our marketing without permission.
4. Digital guides
Delivery. Guides are delivered digitally — by download link or email — immediately or shortly after purchase. It's your responsibility to give us a working email address.
Licence. Your purchase (or free download) gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for yourself and inside your own business. You may adapt the prompts, skills, and templates for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share the files or download links, bundle them into your own products, or pass them off as your own work — whether the Guide was paid or free.
Updates. We may update Guides over time. Updates to paid Guides may be included or sold separately — the product page will say which. We don't guarantee any Guide will be updated or supported indefinitely.
Free guides. Free Guides are provided as-is, with no support obligation. The same licence restrictions apply to free Guides as paid ones.
5. AI outputs and no professional advice
This section matters more for us than most businesses, so read it.
Our services, education, and Guides teach you to use AI tools and give you systems, prompts, and skills that produce AI-generated output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI system produces before you rely on it or publish it — especially anything involving money, health, legal obligations, or other people's data.
Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Our content is educational and operational. Get advice from a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
No guarantee of results. We show you real systems and how we use them, but we don't promise any particular financial result, follower count, time saving, or business outcome. Results depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside anyone's control.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant page and, where applicable, are inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout.
Refunds — digital products and webinars: all sales are final. Guides are delivered instantly and can't be returned, and a webinar seat is reserved for you the moment you book. So we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on Guides or Education Products once purchased, except:
If we cancel a paid live event entirely and can't offer you a suitable replacement date, we refund you in full.
If a Guide is materially not as described on its product page, email us within 7 days and we'll put it right or refund it.
Please check the product or registration page carefully before buying — it sets out exactly what's included. You're welcome to email us questions before purchasing.
Refunds — consulting. Consulting refunds and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement's scope. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded, including, where it applies, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where you acquire our services for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of that Act.
Chargebacks. If you believe something's wrong, contact us first — we'll sort genuine problems quickly. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, while continuing to use the product, may result in your access being revoked and future purchases declined.
7. Intellectual property
All content on sahni.ai and in our services — text, video, graphics, code, prompts, skills, frameworks, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. Buying a product or service grants you the licence described in these terms; it doesn't transfer ownership. Don't reproduce, scrape, or create derivative products from our content without written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use our website, services, or materials to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spam, misrepresent AI output as professionally verified advice, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours. We may refuse or terminate service to anyone abusing these terms, with no refund where the abuse is deliberate (e.g. sharing paid files publicly).
9. Liability
Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or AI model providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. General
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with any agreed consulting scope and the product page for what you bought, are the whole agreement between us for that purchase. Sahni.ai — New Zealand. Sahni.ai is operated by picwa limited.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of your agreement with us.
