AI Brain to make AI Employees
In this 2 hour workshop go from scattered prompts to an AI Brain & Agents that runs your business like an operating system using Claude. You also walk away with this entire kit and the replay.
The bottleneckEvery proposal, email, report and most admin work — still manually done.
The goldfishYour AI forgets your business between every single chat.
The ceilingYou tried Projects and custom GPTs. They stalled when it got real.
The noiseYou've read enough about AI. You want it working in your business.
What you get before the webinar
01The Kit to build the AI Brain and your agents. Nine chapters, empty folder to working brain — plus the templates and files to do it.
0222 ready-made skills. Report-from-Data, Competitor Audit, Graph Prompting, the Librarian — and 18 more.
You get more inside the kit
Your business, drawn live
Every note in your Brain, mapped. The things everything else depends on pull to the centre — your key customers, your pricing rules, your biggest jobs.
What's in the webinar
01There are six levels of AI in a business. From chat window to a business that runs work without you standing over it — you'll see exactly what moving up one level takes.
02Go inside a live AI Brain. A real company's system, open on screen — proposals, creatives, admin — and the wiring behind every one of them.
03Watch AI employees do the work. Agents running live on top of that brain — picking up jobs, finishing them, handing them back. You leave with the files to run your own.
04Live Q&A round. Bring your questions on AI, your stack, your business — they get answered live.
05The full replay. The full two hours, rewatchable forever — yours whether or not you make it live.
Your 2 hosts
AJ Sahni Host
I built TerriTool (SaaS) and PICWA (service B2B) past seven figures each — $18M across five years. Two AI patents.
"AI went viral in 2023. I've been building patented AI solutions since 2019."
Arwin's sales career is the ladder this session teaches: CSVs, then CRMs, then AI-built systems of his own. 12 years of B2B across the US, Australia and NZ. On the day he runs your questions — and tells the story of the CRM he built with AI.
Can't make it live? You keep the Kit and the full replay either way.
Which of the 6 levels is your business at?
Seven quick taps. Then you'll know exactly which level your business is running at — and what the next one takes.
level-check7 questions
Before you ask.
Do I need to be technical?+
Not at all. During the session you're just watching — everything's explained in plain English, no jargon. Building your own brain afterwards takes focus, not code: the guide walks you through every step, and anyone who sets aside a couple of weekends comes out the other side with it built.
What AI tool do I need?+
We build on Claude (by Anthropic), Mac or PC. If you're on ChatGPT the thinking maps across, but the pack is written for Claude.
Is my business data safe?+
The brain is a folder of plain files on your computer — not a platform. Nothing sends without approval loops. Cancel every subscription tomorrow and you still own it.
What if I can't make it live?+
You keep everything either way — the Kit is already yours from the moment you pay, and the replay goes to every ticket holder. Q&A is live-only though, so come live if you can.
When do I actually get everything?+
The Kit lands the moment you pay — the complete build guide, the architecture files, the 20-skill library, the builder templates and the model cheat sheet are all open to you before the session, not after it. The only thing that waits is the replay, which goes up once we're done. Then you build — most get it done over a weekend or two. If you'd rather have it built for you, there's a done-with-you option — mentioned once in the session, clearly labelled.
Walk in prompting. Walk out operating.
Two hours changes how you see AI. Everything you need to act on it — the guide, the files, the skills — is yours the moment you pay.

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 21 January 2026
Operator: Sahni.ai (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), New Zealand. Contact: support@sahni.ai
These terms cover sahni.ai and everything we sell or give away through it: AI consulting and setup services, live webinars and education products, and digital guides (including skills, prompts, and templates). By using our website, booking our services, registering for a webinar, or downloading or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or our services.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. The version live at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
1. What we offer
We provide three things, and slightly different rules apply to each:
Consulting & setup services — done-for-you and done-with-you AI system builds, installs, training, and advisory work for businesses ("Consulting Services").
Webinars & education — paid and free live online workshops, courses, recordings, and related materials ("Education Products").
Digital guides — downloadable guides, prompts, skills, templates, and similar digital files, whether free or paid ("Guides").
We may add, change, pause, or retire any offering at any time. A Guide that is free today may become paid later; if you got it while it was free, you keep your copy, but future versions or updates may be paid.
2. Consulting & setup services
Engagement. Each consulting engagement is defined by the proposal, quote, or written scope we agree with you (email counts). That scope sits on top of these terms. If the scope and these terms conflict, the scope wins for that engagement.
Payment. Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the scope. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days and work may pause if payment is overdue. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Your side of it. Consulting work depends on you: access to the accounts and tools we're setting up, timely responses, and a decision-maker available. Delays caused on your side may push timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
Third-party accounts and tools. Our systems are built on third-party tools — AI assistants (such as Claude), automation platforms, and the apps we connect for you. Those tools belong to their own companies, run under their own terms, and their subscription costs are yours unless the scope says otherwise. We are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, feature removals, or account decisions. If a third-party tool changes in a way that breaks something we built, we can quote for the fix, but it isn't covered by the original engagement unless the scope says so.
What you own. You own the configurations, files, and content we build specifically for you under a paid engagement, once paid for in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, and know-how, and we're free to reuse them for other clients. Nothing we build for one client includes another client's confidential information.
Confidentiality. We keep your business information confidential and expect the same for our methods and pricing shared privately with you. We may describe the results of our work together in marketing (e.g. "we built X for a Y business") without naming you unless you approve.
3. Webinars & education products
Registration. Your place is confirmed when payment is received (or, for free events, when you register) and we've emailed confirmation. Prices are shown on the registration page along with what's included.
Access. One registration is for one person. Your joining link, the session recording, and any materials are for you alone — don't share, resell, or publish them.
Rescheduling. We may reschedule a session if we need to (technical issues, illness, and so on). If we reschedule, your registration carries to the new date. If we cancel an event entirely and can't offer a suitable replacement date, we'll refund you in full — that's the only situation where a webinar payment is refunded (see Section 6).
Recordings. Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your questions or comments may appear in the recording provided to other attendees. Cameras and names of attendees are not published in our marketing without permission.
4. Digital guides
Delivery. Guides are delivered digitally — by download link or email — immediately or shortly after purchase. It's your responsibility to give us a working email address.
Licence. Your purchase (or free download) gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for yourself and inside your own business. You may adapt the prompts, skills, and templates for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share the files or download links, bundle them into your own products, or pass them off as your own work — whether the Guide was paid or free.
Updates. We may update Guides over time. Updates to paid Guides may be included or sold separately — the product page will say which. We don't guarantee any Guide will be updated or supported indefinitely.
Free guides. Free Guides are provided as-is, with no support obligation. The same licence restrictions apply to free Guides as paid ones.
5. AI outputs and no professional advice
This section matters more for us than most businesses, so read it.
Our services, education, and Guides teach you to use AI tools and give you systems, prompts, and skills that produce AI-generated output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI system produces before you rely on it or publish it — especially anything involving money, health, legal obligations, or other people's data.
Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Our content is educational and operational. Get advice from a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
No guarantee of results. We show you real systems and how we use them, but we don't promise any particular financial result, follower count, time saving, or business outcome. Results depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside anyone's control.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant page and, where applicable, are inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout.
Refunds — digital products and webinars: all sales are final. Guides are delivered instantly and can't be returned, and a webinar seat is reserved for you the moment you book. So we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on Guides or Education Products once purchased, except:
If we cancel a paid live event entirely and can't offer you a suitable replacement date, we refund you in full.
If a Guide is materially not as described on its product page, email us within 7 days and we'll put it right or refund it.
Please check the product or registration page carefully before buying — it sets out exactly what's included. You're welcome to email us questions before purchasing.
Refunds — consulting. Consulting refunds and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement's scope. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded, including, where it applies, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where you acquire our services for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of that Act.
Chargebacks. If you believe something's wrong, contact us first — we'll sort genuine problems quickly. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, while continuing to use the product, may result in your access being revoked and future purchases declined.
7. Intellectual property
All content on sahni.ai and in our services — text, video, graphics, code, prompts, skills, frameworks, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. Buying a product or service grants you the licence described in these terms; it doesn't transfer ownership. Don't reproduce, scrape, or create derivative products from our content without written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use our website, services, or materials to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spam, misrepresent AI output as professionally verified advice, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours. We may refuse or terminate service to anyone abusing these terms, with no refund where the abuse is deliberate (e.g. sharing paid files publicly).
9. Liability
Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or AI model providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. General
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with any agreed consulting scope and the product page for what you bought, are the whole agreement between us for that purchase. Sahni.ai — New Zealand. Sahni.ai is operated by picwa limited.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of your agreement with us.
